How should I care for my jewelry pieces?

It is easy to care for your pieces and keep them with their original sparking color and shining brilliantly. Just follow the following steps... Do not wet the pieces. Always remove your pieces when washing hands, swimming, showering, etc. Moisture dulls the original color and causes crystals and stones to become loose. Avoid spraying hairsprays, perfumes, or applying lotion, cleansers, or any other body products on or near the jewelry to prevent tarnish and dulling. After wear, clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth and put away.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to California.

What is a Pre-Order Item?

Pre-Order items are pieces, which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 15 business

I keep getting an error message when I enter my shipping & billing information.  Is something wrong?

 If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information.

I need to change something on my order. Can I do that?

If you need to change something or cancel your order please contact us immediately.  We normally process orders within 2-3 hours of receiving the order.  Once your order is processed we will not be able to make any changes.  

 Do you have any store locations?

Yes, Online!  We currently do not have any retail stores ... we are an online accessory shop which you can access 24/7!  We do have a showroom that is open by appointment only.  Please contact us to schedule.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Most orders ship same business day when the order is placed by 3 P.M. PST  (unless otherwise stated). Shipping times do vary depending availability of merchandise and where the goods are being mailed to. Please note Effective 1/19/16 all orders within the United States will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for Free with any U.S. order of $75 or more.  Please choose the "Free Shipping" Option and your shipping will be upgraded on our end.

Please note orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email you provided.  Please, double check the email provided.

Please be aware the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs, duty, and taxes.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If you would like insurance and tracking please choose priority or FedEx as your shipping option.    (if your order is $75 or more it will be included already + within the U.S.)

Not obsessed with your purchase? No worries!

We happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached. You can EXCHANGE your product within 7 days of receiving it. You are more than welcome to exchange the item for a higher priced item and responsible for paying the difference.  Please note ALL SALES ITEMS and CUSTOM ORDERS are FINAL SALE.  Please make sure that you order the correct size.  If you have any questions you can use the contact page to ask a question.  No Refunds.  

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

U.S. Hassle-Free Exchanges

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.  If you would like to exchange the item Store Credit will be issued once the item is returned.  You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item.   Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please note:  shipping charges paid by 1108 Boutique on the original purchase will be deducted from your store credit amount.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Store Credit 

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.shop1108.com .
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.

What do I need to do?

Please contact us before returning any items to our company and put "Return" in the subject line to inform us that you are returning a product. Items must be unused and in NEW condition to receive an exchange for another item, including original packaging.  No refunds ... Exchanges & Store Credit Only.
